Dynamini Hot Melt Adhesive Unit
The Dynamini™ is designed for flexibility and can be used in various configurations depending upon your application. It allows for the use of a variety of bead and spiral spray nozzles that are available for applications that are straight or at a right angle to the trigger. The patented melt-on-demand hopper with 7 year warranty standard, virtually eliminates adhesive degradation by melting only the adhesive required for the application.

Simplicity Adhesive Supply Unit
The SimplicityTM ASU takes innovation, technology and performance to the next level. Clear, intuitive V6 controls and a modular design make it simple to install, operate and maintain. With a distinctive new orange ceramic coating, this compact unit features an HMI and hopper lid swivel for fl exible confi gurations, while its small internal reservoir and auto-feeding system rivals “tankless” systems. To match the production needs optimally, at the 16 kg hopper (only) a pre-melt grid can be mounted to increase the adhesive melt rate and two piston pumps can be mounted to double the delivery rate, which make SimplicityTM unique and exceptional in his class.

Dynamelt D Series Adhesive Supply Unit
Dynamelt D Series is available in four hopper sizes and with a choice of dual or single gear pumps. The ASU uses a microprocessor temperature control to closely control the temperature of hot melt adhesive for up to eight hose standard and precision metered outputs.

Dynamelt M Series Adhesive Supply Unit
The Dynamelt™ M hot melt adhesive supply units are PLC-based and provide accurate, proportionate temperature control for the hopper, hoses and applicators. The M Series units are available in three cabinet sizes and offer four hopper sizes. Temperature set points are operator-selected for all zones. Melt-on-Demand: ITW Dynatec’s patented vertical, unheated hoppers only melt the amount of adhesive required by the application. Most of the adhesive in the hopper remains at a much lower temperature, even in a solid state. Melting only the amount of adhesive required means faster start-ups, lower energy costs, better viscosity control, and reduced fumes.

Dynamelt LC Series Adhesive Supply Unit
The DynameltTM LC Series adhesive supply unit (ASU) is a large capacity melter with a multiple stage melt-on-demand system. Melt rate and pump rate are critical factors when choosing the right ASU for your operation, and ITW Dynatec has maximized both in the LC Series for optimum output. The LC Series melter can also maintain a large variety of pump sizes and configurations, offering even greater flexibility.

Dynamelt PUR Series Adhesive Supply Unit
The Dynamelt PUR Series bag melter is designed to meet the unique needs for the melting and delivery of PUR hot melt adhesives. Models are available to provide gentle melting of PUR’s packaged in either 2 kg or 18 kg metalized bags. Escape of harmful gases into the atmosphere and intrusion of moisture into the adhesive is prevented using a patented, air-tight sealing ring at the bottom of the feed tube. This patented sealing design allows units using a typical PUR to be de-energized and left unattended for several days with no need to purge, provided the exposed application orifices are properly sealed. The Dynamelt PUR’s circulating design keeps adhesive in a constant state of motion – the constant circulation prevents cracking and coking of the adhesive.

The DM55 DynaDrum™ bulk adhesive melter provides uninterrupted flow of hot melt adhesive for high volume production demands. Daily operations are simplified with the DM55 DynaDrum’s™ standard features, which include field-interchangeable platen faces, touch screen PLC, self-diagnostics, multiple temperature control sensors, and low/empty drum indicators. The new and improved melter now comes with Dynacontrol V6 System standard! The new system offers seamless integration with other PLCs, as well as real time platen position monitoring and accurate adhesive display.
